Replacement roller.

I emailed on Christmas day to report one of the rollers that came with my Backmate would not lock in. I received a response on the 27th requesting an address they could ship a replacement to, which I happily answered. The package arrived by Thursday! Also to my surprise it included not just one replacement for the faulty roller, but a set of 2! Back to perfect working condition with a spare roller, no cost to me. Excellent product and excellent service. Can't say enough positive things about my experience so far.

Replacement Rollers

The replacement rollers, sent under warranty, stay securely in place on the Backmate’s spindle. I just wanted to say thanks to Backmate for easily correcting the problem I was having. It’s the mark of a good company to do business with.
