I emailed on Christmas day to report one of the rollers that came with my Backmate would not lock in. I received a response on the 27th requesting an address they could ship a replacement to, which I happily answered. The package arrived by Thursday! Also to my surprise it included not just one replacement for the faulty roller, but a set of 2! Back to perfect working condition with a spare roller, no cost to me. Excellent product and excellent service. Can't say enough positive things about my experience so far.
